Salish Skies Drone Light Shows Inc. ("Salish Skies", "we") is a Vancouver Island company. This page explains what happens to the information you send us through the inquiry forms on salishskies.ca.

What we collect

• What you type into an inquiry form: your name and email address, and any optional details you choose to add, such as your event, date, venue, guest count, budget information or message.
• A few details added automatically to the form: which form you used, the page it was on, any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source), and a random reference number for your submission.

We do not ask for payment details, and you do not need an account.

How your inquiry reaches us

Our forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you send a form, Formspree receives it, checks it for spam, and forwards it to our email. Formspree handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy, and may store it on servers outside Canada. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.

If you would rather not use the form, you can email us directly at hello@salishskies.ca.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry and, if you would like, to explore and plan a possible show with you. We do not sell it. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If we ever offer updates by email, you will be asked separately and the box will not be pre-ticked.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics, and it does not set cookies. Its fonts and scripts are served from salishskies.ca itself. Like most websites, our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing hello@salishskies.ca. We will respond as required under Canadian privacy law.
