Planning a show
for your event.

A show needs a suitable site, a place for the audience to watch and time in the event schedule. We work with organizers to establish those details before developing the creative.

Community events

For a waterfront celebration, seasonal gathering or town anniversary, the starting point is what the event means locally. A familiar landmark, an anniversary date or the surrounding landscape gives the show its subject.

Concept: visitors walk through a garden of seasonal lights beneath a blue and green butterfly formation.

Municipalities and volunteer committees: send us your date and location. We’ll discuss the site, audience access and who needs to be involved in planning.

Festivals

Close your festival with a drone show, or schedule it between performances. We’ll look at the viewing area, the timing after dark and how the show fits with stage activity and sound.

Your festival’s theme, artwork and music guide the design. Sound delivery, music rights and production responsibilities are agreed during planning. Early production conversations establish the site requirements.

Brands and sponsors

For launches and company milestones, design options include a logo, product outline or short message. The amount of detail depends on the number of drones and the viewing distance.

Sponsorship helps fund shows for community events. We’ll discuss how recognition fits the program with both the sponsor and the organizer.

Special events & family entertainment

Playful imagery, such as a dinosaur, brings character to team celebrations, family entertainment and other special events. We’ll discuss the theme, audience and space available.

Concept: children and families watch a magician beneath a green sauropod drone formation at an outdoor evening event.

Venues and tourism

A setting of its own.

Resorts, waterfront venues and tourism operators: include a show in your seasonal program or a one-off event. We assess the available space, guest viewing areas and access before discussing a format.

The site and its surroundings.

Alongside access and audience views, we review nearby habitat, wildlife activity, sensitive areas and applicable restrictions. These considerations guide the location and schedule. Read how we operate.

Practical planning

Before you book.

You don’t need a finished brief. Send your date, location and a description of the event so we can assess the next steps.

How far ahead should we talk?

Contact us early to allow time for site review, creative development and coordination with your team. A date and location are enough to begin; the rest is developed during planning.

How long is a show?

Shows generally run up to 15 minutes. We shape the length around the occasion, the creative idea and where it fits into your evening.

What does the site need?

We look for suitable launch and flight space, clear audience views and safe separation from guests and surrounding activity. Trees, buildings, nearby airspace and access determine the site requirements. We assess the location before proposing a show.

What happens if the weather changes?

Drone shows depend on suitable conditions. We agree on the weather decision process and contingency terms before the event, and stay in contact as the date approaches. Safety determines whether a flight goes ahead.

Scope and proposals

A proposal shaped
around your event.

The proposal sets out the number of drones, creative work, site requirements and what’s included. Location and operating requirements also affect the scope.

Before booking, we agree on responsibilities, payment and cancellation terms, and the process for weather decisions.

Event inquiry

Tell us what you have in mind.

We’ll review your date and location, then reply to discuss site suitability and what we need for a proposal.

Event inquiry. Name and email are all we need to reply. The rest just helps us prepare.

A rough idea is welcome, but you can leave this blank.

We use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry. It is sent through Formspree, our form service, and is not used for unrelated marketing. Privacy
